Mr. Matthias Usenbenz and Mr. Peter Herwig have supported EBARA Precision Machinery Europe GmbH (EPME) as ISO consultants in 2022 and 2023 to achieve ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001 certification of our Vaccum Pump Overhaul Center and some adjacent operations at our facility Am Promigberg 20, 01109 Dresden.
They lead and managed the preparation and actual audits with impressive competence and a very focused professionality. We were able to achieve the first certification in very short time.
Despite a very tight schedule and a fast growing business challenging all EPME staff they not only avoided with their pragmatic approach an overload of the organization, no, they managed to excite the participants in a very cooperative fashion to go the extra mile at all times.
Furthermore, Matthias and Peter supported EPME in establishing a quality assurance department and in introducing digital solutions for quality and EHS management.
We thank both, Matthias and Peter, sincerely for our excellent cooperation during these projects.
